EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM (ESP-RPL)
ABOUT
The Employer Sponsorship Program (ESP-RPL) and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a comprehensive immigration, recruitment, and training program. It helps individuals who want to move to Canada with the support of an employer-based Work Permits (WP) and Permanent Resident (PR) visa. The RPL program provides unlimited international English lessons from UK/ASIAN trainers and Skilled Trade or Skilled License Training for Certification from Canadian authorities. It also offers full support from employers until individuals achieve Permanent Residency (PR). This program provides you and your family a fresh start, allowing your spouse to work and contribute to your income. Education is free for all children, and you can claim child benefits. Additionally, the government covers medical expenses for the entire family.
THE BASIC ELIGIBILITY
Age: The maximum age limit is 50.
Experience:
Skilled Occupations: You must have at least five (5) years of experience, with at least two (2) years of active work within the last five years. Additionally, it would be best if you were currently employed. All five (5) years of experience should be directly related to the job for which you are applying for a visa.
Semi-skilled Occupations: A minimum of three (3) years of work experience is required, with at least two (2) years within the last five years. Like Skilled Occupations, all two (2) years of experience should be relevant to the occupation for which you are applying for a visa and must be currently employed.
It’s important to note that unemployment or having irrelevant work experience within the last five years will not support your visa application.
English Requirement
It is not mandatory to have a specific English score from either IELTS, CELPIP, or PTE to obtain a work permit (WP) in Canada, but it is advisable to aim for CLB 5 in each module. If you fail a few modules, it is still acceptable. If you don’t meet this requirement, our English teacher will certify your level of English with the immigration officer. In this program, everyone is required to undergo English training with us and prepare to take the exam later.
When applying for Permanent Residency (PR) through the PR program after arriving on a work permit, the English language requirements are generally lower than those for direct PR. For the federal program (FSTP), a minimum score of CLB 5 for speaking and listening and a minimum of CLB 4 for writing and reading is typically required. However, for provincial (PNP) and Canadian (CEC) programs, a minimum score of CLB 4 in all language sections is needed, though some may require a CLB 5. Skilled workers may need a higher level of English than non-trade workers.
Educational Qualifications
To be considered for a Skilled Trade position, you must possess a formal certification in a Technical Trade, a technical diploma, or a technical degree. Alternatively, you can have a high school education and Skilled Trade RPL certifications, which can be obtained by presenting proof of relevant trade experience in any country recognized by the exam authority.
A formal high school education certificate or equivalent is eligible for a semi-skilled trade job.
SKILLED TRADE CERTIFICATION
It is highly recommended to convert your prior learning experiences, educational qualifications, certifications, licenses, and trade knowledge into a Skilled Trade Certification through the RPL program. This may include the license for the trade, such as the Canadian Red Seal exam or qualification certificate. Passing the Skilled Assessment and Skilled Trade Certification exam can significantly increase your chances of obtaining a work permit and permanent resident visa. In most provinces, passing the exam is mandatory for specific occupations. This program provides included services for all trade applicants.
Our Services
Our services are provided until you obtain your permanent resident visa, and signing a revocable agreement with collaterals is a must.
Recruitment Fee: In this program, employers cover the total recruitment fees until employees obtain permanent resident visas. This includes the legal costs for Employer sponsorship or LMIA, as well as government fees. For low-wage salaries, employers must cover flight tickets and find accommodation, but the employees pay for the rental. Employers are not obligated to cover your visa fees, but we will try to negotiate an agreeable contract with them.

program duration
If the employer already has an approved LMIA when you find a job, it will take 3-6 months for the first visa approval, depending on the country of the application. If the employer needs to apply for an LMIA, it may take an additional 3-6 months, and the process could be further delayed based on the documents provided by the employer.
Once the work permit is approved, and if your occupation is considered skilled, we intend to apply for a permanent resident visa. Approval of the visa will depend on factors such as the CRS/PNP score, Skilled Trade Certification, English proficiency, and your occupation. Our goal is to secure your Permanent Resident visa within two years after your arrival. Additionally, an employer may request you to sign an agreement if they sponsor you.
If your occupation is semi-skilled, the process will depend on the province’s rules for applying for the permanent resident visa, or you may need to wait to be promoted to a skilled occupation before applying for the permanent resident visa. This timeframe is based on your efforts to increase your CRS/PNP score by following our instructions to improve your English score, employer support and certification. The faster you do this, the quicker you will be invited.

payment
To apply for Work Permits (WPs) and Permanent Residency (PR), individuals from the Philippines, Mexico, and any American, and African countries generally pay an amount equivalent to two (2) months’ salary and a legal fee of $2000 for the first Work Permit (WP) before they depart for Canada, and another legal fee of $2000 for the Permanent Residency (PR) application fee after being invited for PR after landing in Canada. This cost usually falls within the range of $11,000 to $15,000.
For individuals from other countries, they generally pay an amount equivalent to three months’ salary and a legal fee of $2000 for the Work Permit (WP) before they depart for Canada, and another legal fee of $2000 for the Permanent Residency (PR) application fee after being invited for PR after landing in Canada. This cost usually falls within the range of $14,000 to $20,000.
Types of Membership:
Membership types are determined by the applicant’s willingness to pay a non-refundable preparation fee for the program before being offered a job. After being offered a job, there is a cost to pay legal fees. Upon approval of the first work permit, it is necessary to pay our fees in full. After being invited to apply for permanent residency, there is a $2000 fee for the PR legal process, along with the submission of all major documents as collateral. We have four types of priority membership offerings based on funds to invest in the program.
