EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS (ESP-RPL)
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, or Europe
About
MK Migration offers Employer Sponsorship Programs through Recognition of Prior Learning (ESP-RPL) immigration and training membership for skilled tradespeople, technicians, skilled trade supervisors, technologists, engineers, and professionals aiming to immigrate to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, or Europe using employer-based pathways to obtain a Permanent Resident (PR) visa. The RPL preparation program includes International English, skills assessments for skilled trades or professionals, educational evaluations, and skilled certification or licensing through an exchange program. This initiative allows individuals and their families to relocate for an enhanced lifestyle, permitting their spouses to work. Education for children is free, and there are additional bonuses and citizenship opportunities for them or any new child. Furthermore, the government covers medical expenses for the entire family.
EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP OR LMIA PROGRAM UNDER RPL:
MK employers provide complimentary visa sponsorships or LMIAs. This sponsorship program enables eligible immigration and training members to receive job offers and apply for a Closed Work Permit with the employer, as well as for Permanent Residency through the employer’s sponsorship or LMIA. Employers seek well-prepared applicants for job offers and are ready to proceed. Applicants are responsible for covering non-refundable training, certification, and immigration fees under the RPL program, while employers cover the recruitment costs.
Candidates have the option to find their own employers with the help of our Canadian Recruitment and Immigration staff to persuade employers to hire exclusively in Canada.
THE ELIGIBILITY of the PROGRAMS
Age:
The maximum age for Australia PR is 45, while Canada does not impose an age limit.
Experience:
You must possess at least five (5) years of recent hands-on skilled experience and currently be employed in the same or a related occupation title.
English Requirement
To obtain a visa in Canada, you need an English proficiency score from IELTS, CELPIP, or PTE, targeting CLB 5 in each module for skilled trade workers. Achieving CLB 7 enhances your chances; however, it is mandatory for trade, technicians and professionals applying for PR. It is acceptable to fail some modules for a Canadian work permit, or you must demonstrate your English proficiency through another form of exam score, including school-level exams.
For Australia, you require a PTE score of 50 or an IELTS score of 6 for each skill as an applicant. For New Zealand, an overall score of 6.5 is necessary applying for PR.
Educational Qualifications:
To qualify for a Skilled Trade position, you need a certification in a Technical Trade, a technical diploma, or a degree. You may also be eligible with a secondary school education plus Skilled Trade RPL certifications from recognized bodies such as BCA, SEC, Core Trade, TESDA, NC2, etc.
A high school diploma or equivalent suffices for a semi-skilled trade job. Technicians, professionals, and nurses require relevant educational qualifications or skilled trade certification.

program duration
If the employer already holds an approved LMIA when you secure a job, the initial visa approval will take 4-8 months, depending on the application country. However, if the employer must obtain an LMIA or sponsorship, this may extend the timeline by another 3-6 months. Additionally, further delays may occur based on the documents provided by the employer and candidates.
The Permanent Resident (PR) visa depends on the score and the province’s score; there are no guarantees. However, if you follow our guidelines, achieving this in 1-2 years is possible.

PAYMENT AND PRIORITY MEMBERSHIP
PAYMENT:
MK employers provide free job and LMIA sponsorships for visas. Eligible members can apply for Work Permits (WPs) and Permanent Residency (PR) through this sponsorship.
Costs include a $2000 legal fee for PR before travel, a three-month salary (max $15,000), and $2000 upon receiving the PR invitation, which offsets membership fees if paid. Costs may decrease with employer support. Filipinos, Mexicans, and Central and South Americans receive a one-month discount (minimum $5,000).
The program offers an initial work permit, a renewal or promotional work permit, a Permanent Resident visa, educational assessment, and unlimited English and skilled trade certification.
Note: A good English score and Skilled Trade Certification are needed for the PR invitation, so candidates should study diligently for both.
TYPES OF PRIORITY MEMBERSHIP:
PRIORITY MEMBERSHIP:
We prioritize membership by financial commitment. Strengthening this commitment enables quicker employer matches than loan applications or salary deductions. We recommend increasing financial commitments for flexible hiring to shift from Type 1 to Type 4 membership. Please inform us of your financial capacity!
- Preparation fees range from $1000 to $3000. If you don’t pay the preparation fee, it’s crucial to achieve your English score (IELTS, PTE, CELPIP) independently.
- Work Permit application partial fee is $3000 once job offer is made or equal collaterals
- Medical received to pay $5000 or equal collaterals.
- Passport request to pay rest of the fees.
- Once you receive the PR visa Invitation to Apply (ITA), you will need to pay the final fee of $2000. This process is point-based, so you need to enhance your qualifications to be invited for the PR visa.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- Loan arrangements and salary deductions depend on employer discussions to be addressed later. Candidates from Singapore cannot request loans or salary deduction, as they are available only to those from low-income countries and require collateral.
