EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS (ESP-RPL)
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, or Europe

About

MK Migration provides Employer Sponsorship Programs through Recognition of Prior Learning (ESP-RPL) immigration and training membership for skilled tradespeople, technicians, skilled trade supervisors, technologists, engineers, and professionals looking to immigrate to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, or Europe using employer-based pathways to obtain a Permanent Resident (PR) visa. The RPL preparation program includes International English, skills assessments for skilled trades or professionals, educational evaluations, and skilled certification or licensing through an exchange program. This initiative enables individuals and their families to relocate for an improved lifestyle, allowing their spouses to work. Education for children is free, along with bonuses and citizenship opportunities for them or any new child. Additionally, the government covers medical expenses for the entire family.

TYPES OF PROGRAMS

1. Employer Sponsorship or LMIA Program:

MK employers provide free visa sponsorships or LMIAs. This sponsorship program enables eligible immigration and training members to receive job offers, apply for a Closed Work Permit with the employer, and, if qualified, pursue Permanent Residency through the employer’s sponsorship or LMIA. Employers look for prepared applicants for job offers and are ready to move forward. Applicants are responsible for paying training and immigration non-refundable fees, while employers handle the recruitment fees.

2. Immigration Programs (Provincial or State Sponsorship):

If you aspire to achieve a CLB score of 5, 6, or 7 in English or French for Canada, or IELTS 6 and PTE 50 for Australia, you can apply for multiple Expressions of Interest (EOI), regardless of whether you possess a skilled trade or professional certification. This application allows you to qualify for government-designated pools in various provinces across Canada or states in Australia. This pathway can facilitate employer sponsorship through searchable employers with our training, or employers can select you directly from the government pool and our employer pool. Additionally, authorities can invite candidates from the pool to apply for open work permits, eventually leading to permanent residency.

Key Areas of Focus:

A. Skilled Trades and Professional Certifications/Licenses (e.g., Red Seal, NCLEX, AHPRA, Cert 3, Engineers Australia, )
Skilled Trade Certification requires passing a Red Seal or Qualification exam in Canada or an Australian Certificate 3 before applying for Express Entry (EE) or multiple Expressions of Interest (EOI), which improves the chances of invitation. Professionals like engineers and nurses with higher English scores also increase their chances of being invited.

B. Immigration Programs for Atlantic, Rural, and Regional Areas:

Working and living in rural, regional, or Atlantic Canada increases your chances of receiving an invitation compared to urban areas.  Working in a rural region increases your chances of obtaining permanent residency faster than working in an urban area.

C. Quebec-selected Skilled Workers (English or French)

Quebec, Canada, is French-speaking but allows English. Use this skilled worker certificate to migrate and learn French locally for PR status.

D. Francophone Immigration (French)

French English bilingual candidates can migrate for PR status under WP outside Quebec, Canada.

E. Nurses and Nursing Aids Program:

Special programs exist based on your English level for occupations, including Nurses and Nursing Aides. We can assist you in Australia, Canada, and even the US.

F. Student Immigration (Study Pathways)

This pathway is best for skilled workers who want to upgrade their skills but ensure they maintain their field.

Key Factor for Success:

The job search is crucial to success with employer-sponsored PNPs. Our Canadian staff provides training and assistance to enhance communication with employers, increasing your chances of being hired. Furthermore, our employers and regional employers or authorities invite you from the candidate government pools.

THE ELIGIBILITY of the PROGRAMS

Age:
The maximum age for Australia PR is 45, while Canada has no age limit.

Experience:
You must have at least five (5) years of recent hands-on skilled experience.

English Requirement

To obtain a visa in Canada, you need an English proficiency score from IELTS, CELPIP, or PTE, targeting CLB 5 in each module for skilled trade workers. Achieving CLB 7 enhances your chances; however, it is mandatory for technicians and higher-level positions. For Australia, you require a PTE score of 50 or an IELTS score of 6 for each skill as an applicant. It is acceptable to fail some modules for a Canadian work permit. Professionals should aim for CLB 7 or higher to improve their chances of approval. Nurses must achieve CLB 8 or higher for licensure.

Educational Qualifications

To qualify for a Skilled Trade position, you need a certification in a Technical Trade, a technical diploma, or a degree. You can also be eligible with a secondary school education plus Skilled Trade RPL certifications from recognized bodies like BCA, SEC, Core Trade, or NC2 etc.

A high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient for a semi-skilled trade job. Technicians, professionals, and nurses require relevant educational qualifications.

program duration

If the employer already holds an approved LMIA when you secure a job, the initial visa approval will take 3-6 months, depending on the application country. However, if the employer must obtain an LMIA or Sponsorship, this may extend the timeline by another 3-6 months. Additionally, further delays may occur based on the documents provided by the employer for the Type 1- Traditional Recruitment Program.

Other programs are influenced by factors such as the Immigration Point Score, Skilled Trade Certification, English proficiency, and the occupation mentioned in the invitation. Following the invitation, application approval typically concludes within six months.

For those in semi-skilled occupations, the process relies on the specific province’s regulations for applying for permanent residency. You may also need to wait for a promotion to a skilled role before applying for a permanent resident visa. The timeline for this process depends on your efforts to improve your immigration score by enhancing your English skills and obtaining employer support and certification. The quicker you implement these improvements, the sooner you will receive an invitation.
